- Introduction
Welcome to FindyLead. By accessing or using our lead generation and data enrichment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use our services.
- Services Provided
FindyLead provides comprehensive lead generation and data enrichment services, including but not limited to:
Lead generation services, including verified email leads, mobile phone leads, AI-driven lead scraping, Waterfall enrichment services using multiple data providers, Email verification and validation services, Custom lead list building based on targeted criteria
All services are delivered with high accuracy rates and comply with applicable data protection standards. Our waterfall enrichment service achieves 85-95% enrichment rates using verified data sources.
- Pricing and Transaction Currency
All services are priced according to volume, complexity, and specifications chosen by the customer. Pricing structures include both pay-per-lead. All prices and transactions are conducted in the U.S. Dollars (USD). Pricing is subject to change at any time with advance notice to customers.

- Fulfillment Policies
Refund Policy: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK consumers have specific rights regarding refunds. Refunds are provided in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed quantity of leads or if the leads provided are demonstrably invalid. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (in line with UK consumer rights) with supporting documentation.
Delivery Policy: Lead lists are typically delivered within 24-72 hours of order confirmation. Complex or high-volume orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated upon order placement.
Quality Guarantee: We guarantee 97-98% email deliverability rates for all verified leads. All emails provided are business emails in the format name@company.com and exclude personal email addresses.
Cancellation Policy: One-time lead generation orders cannot be canceled after processing begins. UK consumers have additional cancellation rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Legal and Export Restrictions
FindyLead complies with UK export laws and applicable international regulations. Our services may not be used for illegal activities, including spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful data processing. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who engage in unethical or prohibited business practices. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding the use of our services.

Under UK law, certain limitations of liability may be subject to reasonableness tests, particularly in consumer contracts. FindyLead’s total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
Business Customers: For business-to-business transactions, we limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Consumer Customers: UK consumers have additional protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and certain liability exclusions may not apply.
We are not liable for third-party misuse of provided lead data, business interruptions beyond our control, or violations of anti-spam regulations by customers.
- Service Level Agreements
We maintain the following service standards:
- Data Accuracy: Minimum 85-95% enrichment success rate for waterfall services
- Email Deliverability: 97-98% deliverability guarantee for verified email addresses
- Response Time: Customer support inquiries answered within 24-48 hours
- Delivery Time: Standard lead lists delivered within 24-72 hours
Failure to meet these standards may result in service credits or refunds in accordance with UK consumer rights.
- Prohibited Uses
Customers may not use our services for:
- Sending unsolicited spam or bulk email campaigns in violation of PECR
- Fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices
- Harassment or stalking of individuals
- Any illegal activities or violations of applicable UK laws
- Circumventing consent requirements for marketing communications under PECR
- Creating “consent farms” or using deceptive practices to obtain consumer consent
- Consumer vs Business Customer Terms
As required by UK law, different terms may apply depending on whether you are a consumer or business customer:
Consumer Customers: UK consumers have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including enhanced refund rights, protection from unfair contract terms, and stricter cancellation policies.
Business Customers: Business-to-business contracts allow more flexibility in terms and conditions, including liability limitations and service specifications.
Contract Formation: All online contracts require proper offer, acceptance, and incorporation of terms in accordance with UK contract law.
